The Shopping24 connector has now been reconnected to the new Shopping24 API and is working as expected. However, existing authentication tokens are no longer valid due to the API change.

Action required:
To resume data retrieval, users need to request a new API token from their Shopping24 account manager and reconnect their Data Sources in Funnel with this new token.

Emails with instructions have been sent to all Funnel users who currently have active Shopping24 Data Sources, ensuring they are aware of the required action.

Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Shopping24 connector. Due to an API version change on the platform side, data has not been updating since 12 August 2025.

Our team is actively working on a rebuild of the connector to restore data downloads. Since the connector is declarative, we expect the rebuild to take less time than usual, and we will provide updates here as soon as more information is available.
